Here is the full job advert: The purpose of this role is to drive access to, thoughtful analysis of and regular reporting on company data in order to create visibility into product health and performance. You will accomplish this by conducting analysis and creating data visualizations that display the most critical metrics, trends and insights derived from our sales and product usage data. In this role, you will work collaboratively across functions to develop reliable, robust and self-serve reporting that ensures access to globally-consistent reporting of KPIs and against specific target metrics. You will own the requirements definition, creation and management of the financial and operational metrics necessary to monitor performance against our goals. You will also design and execute ad-hoc reporting and analysis to inform strategic decisions supporting short and long-term product strategy. In addition, you’ll work cross-functionally with stakeholders to conduct gap analyses of existing data sources, investigate and remediate data quality and, in partnership with product management and engineering, craft a plan to ensure instrumentation and collection of all data necessary to enable the product organization to define, measure and quantify its goals.
