Philo is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Sr. UX/UI Designer to help drive the earliest ideation, validation, and product design efforts within our venture studio, and to support our portfolio companies in their ongoing product design efforts. This will be an exciting and dynamic role, extending well beyond the typical constraints of a design role, and with the opportunity for significant personal upside associated with portfolio company success. The Role: This role is a critical early hire for Philo, intended to accelerate the studio’s pace of product ideation and launch. The Sr. UX/UI Designer will work closely with studio partners, other platform team members (product managers and engineers), and Founders-in-Residence to quickly validate/invalidate opportunities and drive validated opportunities to launch.
